Job description:
Male Candidates are preferred
Energetic and young candidate with min qualification of +12 or Graduate looking for next level in your career
should have minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Billing or Data Entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Typewriting speed 25 - 35 words per min
Age between 22-30 years old
Immediate joiners - in 1 or 2 days joining required.
Office Timing : 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Strictly.
o Complete the billing for the day within the day.
o Know the customer credit limit, credit terms and credit days clearly.
o Know the items, corresponding product managers for queries.
o Execute the orders only after approval from the Logistics head, channel head.
o Check with the warehouse head (and/ or product managers) if there is an issue on the availability of the items.
o Respond to telesales inquiries regarding blocked customer, customers exceeding limits and conditional approvals. And if there any problems in the invoices contact the telesales AND Logistics head and sort out.
o Take care to enter the correct delivery address.
o Ensure that the bills are generated without any errors such as qty, unit price, total price and tax details.
o Ensure the CST AND local tax is entered. Verify with the Logistics head before posting, if in doubt
o Update the respective telesales on the billing status continuously.
o Maintain and update record of customers from telesales whenever there is a change.
o During month end and year end ensure that the billing is complete.
o Report to the billing head on a daily basis.
