Key Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing: Generate invoices, credit notes, and tax invoices, ensuring compliance with GST and company policies.
Dispatch Coordination: Prepare delivery challans, packing lists, and gate passes, ensuring goods are dispatched accurately.
Logistics Management: Coordinate with transporters, logistics providers, and drivers for timely shipping and last-mile delivery.
Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatched shipments, and billing data in ERP/software.
Client Coordination: Liaise with clients regarding pending dispatches or payment discrepancies.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on billing, outstanding payments, and dispatch MIS
