Billing Executive / Site Billing Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible Billing Person for our interior firm who can manage all site material billing, purchase entries, and material quantity requirements for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage all site material bills and invoices.

• Maintain records of purchased materials and payments.

• Calculate required material quantity for sites/projects.

• Coordinate with site supervisors and vendors regarding material needs.

• Track daily inward/outward material stock.

• Verify rates, quantities, and delivery challans.

• Prepare billing reports and update management regularly.

• Ensure timely ordering of materials as per site progress.

Requirements:

• Experience in billing/accounting preferred.

• Basic knowledge of construction/interior materials.

• Good skills in Excel and billing software.

• Strong coordination and record-keeping skills.

• Accuracy in calculations and reporting.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in interior/construction company billing work.
