We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Counter Billing Executive to manage billing operations, handle customer transactions, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with billing software, handling cash, and maintaining accuracy in daily transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate invoices and bills accurately using billing software.
• Ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries and product information.
• Maintain records of sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for product availability.
• Keep the billing counter clean, organized, and efficient.
• Report any billing discrepancies to the store manager.
• Support inventory updates and stock verification when required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers.
Requirements:
• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail billing or cashier role (Freshers can also apply).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS software (e.g., BUSY, Tally, or other POS systems).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in retail or trading stores.
• Knowledge of GST billing and tax invoices.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak business hours.
• Basic inventory management knowledge.
Working Hours:
• As per store timings (including weekends and public holidays, with weekly off as per company policy).
