Accounts & Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Billing Executive to manage the day-to-day billing and accounting operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily billing and invoicing for customers using the store’s billing/accounting software.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, payments and receipts.

• Make regular entries and updates in the accounting/billing software.

• Maintain and reconcile cash, UPI, card and other payment records.

• Keep track of customer payments, outstanding amounts and vendor payments.

• Coordinate with the store team regarding sales, returns, exchanges and billing-related queries.

• Assist with inventory and stock-related entries and ensure records are updated accurately.

• Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices and other financial records.

• Assist the business owner/management with basic accounting reports and day-to-day financial information.

• Ensure all accounting and billing data is entered accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in billing, accounting or retail accounts is preferred.

• Comfortable working with billing/accounting software and computers.

• Knowledge of MS Excel is required.

• Basic understanding of GST, invoices, sales and purchase entries will be an advantage.

• Good numerical and organisational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Should be reliable, responsible and comfortable handling confidential business information.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Salary: Based on experience and skill set.
