Billing Executive is responsible for preparing and managing invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring accurate and timely payment collection. The role includes verifying bills, processing customer invoices, handling payment follow-ups, and resolving billing-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain billing records and update customer accounts.
Verify bills, purchase orders, and payment details.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Reconcile accounts and prepare billing reports.
Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams for smooth billing operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting and billing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or a similar role is preferred.
