Billing Executive is responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, maintaining billing records, verifying billing data, processing payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating with customers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely billing. The role includes monitoring outstanding payments, generating billing reports, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting accounts receivable functions to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Verify billing information and supporting documentation.
Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
Maintain billing records and financial documentation.
Prepare billing and collection reports.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of billing and accounting procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
