Billing Executive is responsible for preparing, processing, and managing invoices, ensuring accurate billing records, and coordinating with customers and internal departments regarding payment-related matters. The role involves maintaining financial documentation, resolving billing discrepancies, tracking outstanding payments, and supporting the accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time.

Verify billing data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Maintain billing records and customer account information.

Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing queries.

Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams for billing accuracy.

Reconcile billing statements and prepare reports.

Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company procedures.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of billing and accounting procedures.

Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role (preferred).
