We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing operations, invoice processing, customer account handling, and payment follow-ups. The candidate should have good knowledge of billing software, GST billing, and basic accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate sales invoices, GST bills, credit notes, and debit notes

• Maintain accurate billing records and customer ledgers

• Handle order entry, billing verification, and dispatch coordination

• Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain payment records

• Check stock availability before billing if required

• Coordinate with sales team, warehouse, and accounts department

• Maintain customer account details, credit limits, and payment terms

• Ensure accuracy in billing data and documentation

• Handle customer queries related to billing and accounts

• Prepare daily sales and billing reports

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of GST and billing process

• Familiarity with Tally / ERP / Billing Software

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office)

• Ability to handle multiple billing entries efficiently
