About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing operations and ensure accurate financial transactions at the clinic level. The role involves close coordination with the central Accounts team and strict adherence to billing and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain accurate client profiles in the billing system

Generate bills for services and products as per company policy

Perform end-of-day (EOD) reconciliation of cash, card, and online payments

Ensure daily deposit of cash collections

Identify, raise, and resolve billing discrepancies or error tickets within the same day

Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation

Coordinate with the Head Office Accounts team for billing and financial clarifications

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Required Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Com or Diploma in Tally / Accounting

Experience: 0–2 years in billing, accounts, or cashier roles

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

High attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Additional Information

Training: 1 to 10 days of training in Hyderabad

(Travel and accommodation will be provided by the company)

Work Locations: HRBP Layout and Whitefield Locations Bangalore
