Position: Billing Executive

Experience: 1+ years of experience working in billing or fresher are also fine.

Location: Ranebennur in Karnataka.

Job Overview: As a Retail Counter Billing Executive, you will be responsible for handling the billing and payment collection process at our retail counter. This role requires strong computer literacy skills and basic knowledge of accounting software. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the billing and payment collection process at the retail counter.

• Generate invoices and ensure accurate billing information.

• Collect payments from customers and provide receipts.

• Maintain records of payments and daily sales transactions.

• Assist customers with any billing-related queries.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve billing issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail counter area.

• Assist in inventory management and stocktaking activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent computer literacy.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.

• Good communication and customer service skills. Kannada language is a must.

• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve billing issues.

• Ability to work well in a team.
