About the Role
Bansal Trade Link is looking for a Billing Executive to manage billing, dispatch documentation, vehicle entries, and daily material records at our coal-yard operations in Wani.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced yard environment and should have good knowledge of billing, documentation, and basic computer operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward material movements.
Coordinate vehicle entries, dispatches, and related documentation.
Maintain daily stock and dispatch records.
Ensure all billing and dispatch documentation is complete and accurate.
Coordinate with the yard and relevant teams to ensure smooth material movement.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of computers, billing, and documentation.
Prior experience in billing or a similar role.
Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
Willingness to work at the coal yard.
Ability to coordinate effectively with drivers, transporters, and internal teams.
