Collection Lead-Gold Loan-Loans Against Gold-Recovery Branch As the Collection Lead, you will play a vital role in our Loans Against Gold department, specifically in the Recovery Branch. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the collection process for gold loans, ensuring timely and efficient recovery. You will work closely with our team of collection executives, providing guidance and support to achieve collection targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the collection process. Manage and lead a team of collection executives, providing effective supervision and guidance. Implement and monitor collection strategies to maximize recovery rates. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all collection activities. Maintain regular communication with customers, offering support and resolving queries. Identify and address any potential collection risks or challenges. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics. Minimum 3 years of experience in a collection or recovery role, preferably in the banking industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using collection management software and tools. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
