Job Description – Client Payment Collection Executive / Manager (3PL Warehousing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible professional to manage client payment collections for our PAN India 3PL warehousing operations. The candidate should have experience in client coordination, outstanding payment follow-ups, basic accounting, and Tally or other accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage client payment collections across PAN India warehouse locations.

2. Follow up with clients for outstanding invoices and overdue payments.

3. Maintain customer-wise outstanding reports, payment records, and collection trackers.

4. Coordinate with warehouse, operations, sales, and accounts teams for billing and payment-related issues.

5. Prepare and maintain ageing reports, payment reconciliation, and collection MIS.

6. Track invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and pending payments.

7. Ensure timely collection as per agreed payment terms.

8. Identify payment delays and escalate long-pending outstanding cases to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in payment collection, accounts receivable, or credit control.

• Experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or transportation industry preferred.

• Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software.

• Understanding of GST invoices, ledger reconciliation, and outstanding ageing.

• Good communication, follow-up, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to coordinate with clients across multiple states.
