Job Description

We are looking for a Collection Representative to join our team Oxford Management Services. This role involves handling calls, Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow ups and collections. Explain payment options and resolve customer’s queries professionally. Maintain accurate record of calls, payments. Achieve collection targets. Build and maintain positive relationship with customers. The role offers ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Collection follow-up with customer on call and on filed.

Hard Core recovery
90+ Recovery
Have good commination skills
Good in calculation
Strong in follow up
