*Collection Executive* - Home Loans

*Position*: Collection Executive - Home Loans

*Department*: Collections

*Location*: raipur regior

*Reports To*: Collection Manager/Team Lead

*Employment Type*: Full-time

Salary Range : 15,000-30,000/-

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Collections & Follow-Up:*

1. Follow up with customers on overdue home loan EMIs through calls, visits, and digital communication.

2. Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.

3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and collection status.

4. Coordinate with internal teams and legal departments for escalated or delinquent accounts.

5. Ensure collections are carried out in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

*Experience*: 6 month to 1 year
