Job Title: Collections Executive
Location: Chennai (Multiple Locations)
Job Summary
We are hiring Collections Executives to manage field collections and recover outstanding dues across various financial products. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, be customer-focused, and have a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate, which is mandatory for this role.
Job Responsibilities

• Visit customers for collection of overdue payments across financial products.
  

• Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
  

• Negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  

• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
  

• Maintain accurate collection records and update the system regularly.
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collections.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer queries.
  

• Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
  

• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate: Mandatory.
  

• Experience: Freshers to 3 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Field Collections, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
  

• Candidates with prior experience in loan collections, credit card collections, or field recovery will be preferred.
