1. Manage recovery portfolio with respect to collections
2. Contact customers to negotiate payment plans & resolve
outstanding balances.
3. Review accounts for discrepancies & follow up with necessary
actions.
4. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities &
communications.
5. Prepare reports on collection performance & provide insights
for improvement.
