*Job Title:* Collection & Recovery Executive

*Experience:* Fresher – 2 years

*Education:* 12th pass or Graduate (both eligible)

*Employment Type:* Full-time

*Location:* Noida sector 4

*About the Role*

We’re looking for a proactive Collection & Recovery Executive to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely repayment through telecalling.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Contact customers via phone for payment reminders

- Negotiate repayment plans and follow up on commitments

- Handle customer queries and resolve payment issues

- Achieve monthly recovery targets

*Requirements*

- 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)

- 0–2 years experience in collections, recovery, telesales, or customer service

- Good communication skills in English and local language

- Confident, persuasive, and patient phone etiquette
