Non-DRA Collection Executives – 100 Openings

Job Location: KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Eligibility Criteria

• Intermediate (10+2) or above

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections & Recovery

• DRA Certification is mandatory for DRA positions

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues

• Follow up on repayment commitments

• Handle collection and recovery activities professionally

• Negotiate repayment arrangements as per company guidelines

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Achieve assigned collection targets

• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards

Working Hours

Shift 1: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Shift 2: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Highlights
