Shift: As per process requirements
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
•🔹 Key Responsibilities•
Handle customer calls related to collection and payment follow-ups.
Communicate with customers professionally regarding outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers and assist them with payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate customer and collection records.
Achieve assigned collection and performance targets.
Ensure quality and compliance standards are followed.
•🔹 Eligibility•
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in collection/customer service/telecalling.
Good communication skills in English + any one South Indian language.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Candidates with relevant BFSI/collection experience will be preferred.
