Job Title: Director – Finance Head
Department: Finance
Reports To: Managing Director / CEO / Board of Directors
Job Summary
The Director – Finance Head is responsible for leading the bank's financial strategy, planning, governance, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. The role ensures robust financial controls, accurate reporting, capital optimization, risk management, and compliance while supporting long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
· Ensure timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
· Manage treasury, liquidity, and capital adequacy.
· Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
· Support strategic investments and executive decision-making.
· Lead and develop finance, accounting, and treasury teams.
Qualifications
· Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA (Finance preferred).
· CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
