About the Role:
The CA Fresher will support the Accounts and Finance team in managing daily accounting activities, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role provides hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, audits, and corporate compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
· Willing to work in automation of the accounting and financial process
· Assist in maintaining books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries
· Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
· Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances and return filings
· Help in bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and balance confirmations
· Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing required documents
· Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial data analysis
· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards
· Coordinate with internal departments for financial information and approvals
Candidate Requirements:
· CA Final cleared (Fresher)
· Basic knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
· Familiarity with Tally / ERP and MS Excel
· Good analytical and communication skills
· Willingness to learn and work full-time in a manufacturing setup
