Job Description

Hybon Technology is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting, compliance with laws, and support business growth through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and finalization of accounts

• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and ensure timely compliance

• Manage audits (internal, statutory, tax) and coordinate with auditors

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management decision-making

• Monitor receivables, payables, and overall financial health of the company

• Provide advisory support on taxation, cost control, and financial planning

• Liaise with banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 1–5 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply, if applicable)

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT / Technology sector (added advantage)

• Knowledge of ROC compliances

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
