Job Title :- Project Accountant / Financial Accountant / Senior Financial Accountant About the Company:

Location: Kalwa, Thane ( Reporting to Sanpada, Navi Mumbai ) Working Days Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• B.Com / MBA in Finance • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi • Additional certifications in Accounting, Finance, or ERP systems will be an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance department • Hands-on knowledge of accounting software – NetSuite / Oracle • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Reporting) • Experience in project accounting, financial reporting, or reconciliation preferredGender • Male candidates only

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities related to ongoing projects • Record and maintain accurate accounting entries in NetSuite / Oracle • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and project-wise financial summaries • Monitor project expenses, budgets, and cost tracking • Coordinate with internal teams and project managers to ensure smooth financial operations • Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting • Support audit processes, reconciliations, and statutory compliance requirements • Maintain proper documentation and financial records for project-related transactions • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of accounting data • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project financial status

Additional Responsibilities (Added)

• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliation on a periodic basis • Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis for projects • Track project profitability and financial performance • Support GST, TDS, and other compliance-related accounting entries • Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy

Salary Range • Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience, skills, and interview performance)
