About the Role

Sky Panel Industries is looking for a well-qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant

to manage and oversee the company’s accounting, taxation, financial reporting,

compliance, and financial control functions.

Freshly qualified CAs are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have strong

fundamentals in accounting and taxation, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail,

and a willingness to take ownership of the company’s finance function.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and review day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

● Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

Statements, and other financial reports.

● Handle and monitor GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and

related documentation.

● Handle TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.

● Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits and coordinate with auditors.

● Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of books of accounts.

● Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

● Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, and cash flow.

● Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning.

● Review expenses and identify opportunities for better cost management.

● Assist management in analyzing profitability, margins, working capital, and

business performance.

● Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, vendors, and government

authorities whenever required.

● Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and

taxation regulations.

● Maintain strong internal financial controls and identify potential financial risks.

● Support management in business and financial decision-making.

● Handle any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by

management.

Required Qualifications

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

● Fresher / Newly Qualified CA can apply.

● Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience, particularly in manufacturing or

trading, will be preferred.

● Strong understanding of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Auditing, and

Financial Statements.

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

● Knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software will be an advantage.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

● Strong professional ethics and confidentiality.
