  • Advise individuals and businesses on tax planning.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

• Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Analyze costs, revenues, and profitability.

  • Support strategic business decisions.

• Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.

  • Monitor internal controls.

  • Help organizations manage financial and operational risks.

• Advisory Services

  • Provide business and financial consulting.

  • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.

  • Advise on investments and financial strategy.

• Corporate Finance

  • Manage capital budgeting and funding.

  • Evaluate investment opportunities.

  • Support fundraising and financial restructuring activities.
