Chartered Accountant

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA ) to join our finance team. The

successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of quarterly accounts, coordination with statutory auditors, tax audit processes, and preparation of project reports and CMA data. The CA will also handle the

submission of financial documents to banks and other agencies, coordinate stock audits, and provide MIS reports to directors.

Job Duties : -
Prepare and finalize quarterly financial statements. - Review and analyze financial performance. - Coordinate with statutory auditors for audits. - Provide necessary documents and responses. - Collect and prepare data for income tax filings. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations. - Develop project reports and CMA data. - Submit financial documents to banks and agencies. - Plan and execute stock audits with auditors. - Generate and present MIS reports to directors.

Required Qualification & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - Strong background in financial accounting, auditing, and tax compliance. - In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Prepare and submit financial reports every quarter on time. - Complete audits quickly and efficiently - Prepare and file tax returns correctly and on time. - Plan and carry out stock audits efficiently. - Use ERP systems effectively for managing financial data. - Use Excel for financial analysis and reporting
