About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and sincere CA Article Assistant who is keen to gain practical exposure in Audit, Taxation, GST, Accounting, ROC Compliance, and other professional assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit assignments.
Preparation and review of financial statements and audit working papers.
Assist in Income Tax Return preparation and tax computations.
Handle GST return preparation, reconciliations and compliance.
Assist in TDS/TCS compliance and related filings.
Assist with ROC/MCA compliance and company law assignments.
Preparation of 15CA/15CB and other tax-related documentation.
Assist in accounting, bookkeeping and preparation of MIS reports.
Conduct basic research on Income Tax, GST, Companies Act and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with clients for obtaining information and supporting documents.
Maintain proper documentation and working papers for assignments.
