Raja Mobile Accessories is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Billing & Inventory Executive who can efficiently manage billing operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and lead a small team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to supervise and coordinate daily store/backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Sales Operations:
Handle daily billing using POS/software systems.
Generate invoices, receipts, and maintain transaction records.
Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and tax calculations.
Manage cash, UPI, and card transactions and maintain proper records.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and update stock records regularly.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Perform regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
Track fast-moving and slow-moving items.
Team Handling:
Supervise and guide billing and store staff.
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Train new employees on billing systems and inventory processes.
Ensure discipline and smooth coordination within the team.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.
Maintain proper documentation of stock inward/outward.
Coordinate with management for business insights and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate (Commerce preferred).
1–3 years of experience in billing, inventory, or retail operations.
Basic knowledge of accounting and GST billing.
Familiarity with billing software/POS systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in mobile accessories or electronics retail.
Knowledge of inventory management tools/software.
