₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

## 📌 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process •150+ invoices daily•• accurately and within timelines.

Handle •fixed and variable billing•• for 3PL warehousing operations.

Prepare customer invoices based on •approved rate cards, contracts, work orders and service records••.

• Process billing for services such as:

• Storage / Warehousing

• Inbound & Outbound Handling

• Loading & Unloading

• Picking & Packing

• Transportation / Logistics

• Manpower and other value-added services

• Verify billing data and supporting documents before invoice generation.

Coordinate with •Operations, MIS, Accounts and Commercial teams•• for billing inputs.

• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, short billing and excess billing.

• Maintain daily billing trackers, invoice reports and customer-wise MIS.

Handle •TPA/client billing coordination••, document submission and follow-ups.

• Ensure invoices are generated and submitted within the agreed billing cycle.

• Maintain proper records of invoices, credit notes, debit notes and supporting documents.

• Follow up on pending approvals and billing queries from clients/TPAs.

Ensure high accuracy while handling •high-volume invoice processing••.

## 🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Billing / TPA / Commercial / MIS roles.

Experience in •3PL Warehousing, Logistics, Transport or Supply Chain industry is preferred.••

Strong knowledge of •Excel••.

• Good understanding of fixed and variable billing.

Ability to handle •150+ invoices per day•• with accuracy.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Good email communication and documentation skills.

• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS or billing software will be an advantage.

Candidate should be comfortable working in a •high-volume billing environment••.

## 📚 Qualification

Graduate in any stream

B.Com / BBA / relevant qualification preferred.

## 👤 Candidate Profile

• Able to work under daily billing deadlines.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
