About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage our end-to-end billing operations, inventory tracking, and dispatch coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely invoicing, and seamless inventory management using Excel and Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain daily stock updates in MS Excel, ensuring real-time accuracy of inventory levels

• Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies

• Generate stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review

Billing & Accounting (Tally ERP)

• Generate and process purchase orders and sales invoices in Tally

• Record day-to-day bookkeeping entries including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments

• Maintain GST-compliant invoice generation and tax calculations

• Reconcile vendor statements and manage accounts payable/receivable

• Prepare GST returns and assist with monthly/quarterly financial closing

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods

• Prepare delivery challans, packing lists, and shipping documentation

• Liaise with logistics partners and track shipment status

• Update dispatch records and confirm delivery acknowledgments

General Administration

• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for all billing documents

• Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve invoice disputes

• Support month-end financial reporting and audit preparations

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams for seamless operations
