Job Overview
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking organized, patient-focused, and detail-oriented TPA Executives to support hospital operations at our Shuddhigram Meerut location. The role involves coordinating with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), managing cashless admission/discharge processes, and ensuring accurate documentation for insurance claims. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and administrative skills to provide seamless assistance to patients and ensure efficient processing of insurance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage admission and discharge insurance formalities efficiently and accurately.
· Coordinate with TPAs for timely cashless approvals, authorizations, and pre-approvals.
· Handle insurance documentation, claims processing, billing support, and follow-up with TPAs.
· Assist patients and their attendants with insurance queries, required documents, and process guidance.
· Maintain updated records of all insurance-related approvals, queries, and claim documentation.
· Coordinate closely with the billing, front office, and medical teams to ensure smooth discharge procedures.
· Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, insurance guidelines, and TPA requirements.
Key Requirements
Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in TPA coordination, hospital insurance desk, or health insurance operations.
· Experience handling cashless authorization and reimbursement claims in a hospital setup is preferred.
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree (Any), Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields.
· Additional certifications in Medical Billing, Insurance Management, or TPA processes will be an added advantage.
Skills
· Strong understanding of TPA operations, insurance claims, and healthcare documentation.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and hospital management or HIS software.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and TPA coordination.
· High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage workload under pressure.
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary Range: Up to INR 35,000 per month (based on experience & qualifications)
