Job Summary
Dr MEDITECH SURGICAL AND DIAGNOSTICS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage invoicing, GST billing, E-way bill generation, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally software and strong knowledge of billing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and process invoices, bills, and receipts using Tally software
Prepare and manage E-Way Bills as per GST regulations
Maintain billing records and customer accounts in Tally
Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order confirmation
Follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain proper billing documentation and reports
Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and billing procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Experience
1–2 years of experience in billing/accounts (Tally experience preferred)
