Billing And TPA Executive

We are looking for an Billing And TPA Executive to join our team at at D.m. Hospital. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• rocess and review health insurance claims (cashless and reimbursement).

• Coordinate with TPAs, hospitals, insurers, and customers for claim approvals and documentation.

• Verify claim documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Follow up on pending claims and resolve claim-related queries.

• Maintain claim records and update management systems.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and TAT (Turnaround Time) requirements.

• Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.

• Prepare claim status reports and MIS reports.

• Support audits and compliance activities.

• Knowledge of health insurance and claim processing.

• Understanding of cashless hospitalization and reimbursement procedures.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and analytical ability.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and claim management software.

• Customer service orientation.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
