Relevant Experience:
Candidates should have hands-on experience in:
Bank Reconciliation
Account Reconciliation
Transaction Verification
Basic Accounting Processes
Payment Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily reconciliation of UPI, IMPS & AEPS transactions.
Verify inward/outward settlement amounts with bank statements and internal records.
Identify and resolve transaction mismatches.
Monitor settlement cycles and handle exception reports.
Process chargebacks, refunds, and disputes as per NPCI guidelines.
Coordinate with NPCI, partner banks, and payment processors.
Perform General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation.
Post and verify payment-related accounting entries.
Prepare reconciliation and accounting adjustment reports.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of NPCI Products, Payment Settlements & Dispute Handling.
Knowledge of GL Reconciliation and Basic Accounting Principles.
Hands-on experience with UPI, IMPS, AEPS or Digital Banking Operations.
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook & Tally ERP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
