Audit Executive

We are looking for an Audit Executive to join our team [Zee Infoservices••]. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.

• Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.

• Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Role

Audit & Financial Reporting

·                     Assist in the development of audit plans and audit programs

·                     Preparation of financial statements

·                     Prepare audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations

·                     Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented

Reconciliation & Compliance

·                     Handle various reconciliations including:

o        GSTR reconciliation

o        Ledger reconciliation

o        Books vs software reconciliation

·                     Stay updated with changes in GST and TDS regulations

Coordination & Support

·                     Collaborate with management and staff to collect necessary audit information

·                     Support senior auditors in day-to-day audit activities

Technical Skills

·                     Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables mandatory)

·                     Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory
