Audit Executive

Qualification:

• B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience as an Audit Executive, preferably in a manufacturing company

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive (Audit) who will be responsible for handling all types of audit work related to accounts, stock, and production. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and submitting audit reports directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complete internal audits of accounts, stock, and production activities

• Verify all financial records, vouchers, and transactions

• Perform stock audit, inventory checking, and reconciliation

• Verify production records and ensure accuracy of data

• Maintain proper audit records and documentation

• Identify discrepancies, errors, and control gaps

• Suggest corrective actions and process improvements

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly audit reports

• Submit audit status reports directly to the Director

• Ensure all audit work is properly recorded and verified

• Coordinate with Accounts, Store, and Production departments

Special Responsibility:

• Candidate must be capable of handling independent audit work

• Responsible for direct reporting to Director with proper audit status and findings

• Ensure all audit activities are recorded, verified, and documented properly

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing practices

• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

• Good knowledge of stock and production audit

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Good communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• Honest, responsible, and disciplined

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure

• Ready to work at Waghodia GIDC location
