Audit Associate

We are recruiting for an Audit Associate in the Audit team. Working as an Audit Associate in this team, your responsibilities will include: -Auditing financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements -Building relationships with onshore team members sitting across different locations -Reviewing financial statements of International companies for compliance with legislative and accounting standards, mathematical accuracy and consistency -Conversion of UK financial statements into the iXBRL language using a tagging tool (IFRS training will be provided) -Mention the key responsibilities of the role (Operational/Functional/Strategic) Highlight if the role involves client interactions, business development, and pre-sales activities, etc. Mandatory technical & functional skills •Knowledge of office management systems and procedures •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with Databases •Proficiency/Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Professional would be an added advantage Key behavioural attributes/requirements •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations •Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments •Requirement is for the candidate to be working under the hybrid environment which means workings 2-3 days from office every week. Educational qualifications •Minimum qualification required: Bachelors Degree in Commerce Work experience •Prior Experience: 0-3 year experience in relevant field •Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word •Book keeping experience will be beneficial but not essential. •Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Professional would be an added advantage Experience Level Mid Level
