Audit Assistant

Job role

Execution of audit checks,adherence to the audit checklist, drafting of queries.

Understanding the process, keeping updates of sales communication/announcement mailers/process changes/Regulatory changes and making necessary changes in audit checklist after discussion with L1.

Should carry out audit sampling basis various parameters and outliers for assigned audit areas and maintaining audit working papers including audit checklist and Aadhar masking repository for assigned audit areas

Ensuring accurate and timely data extraction for audit

Ensure checks are being conducted as per the checklist and critical observations are being identified and reported. Drafting of queries and appropriately classifying and reporting the same (sharing annexure with dashboard preparation team) with the defined timeliness

Conducting population checks/excel data analysis for assigned audit areas within the defined timelessness

Timely follow up (on query tracker) and validation of reverts received on queries raised and assisting seniors in discussion of audit queries with stakeholders.
