Audit And Taxation Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role. The Senior Associate - Audit & Tax will be responsible for managing UAE Corporate Tax compliance, return preparation & filing and performing financial audit under IFRS. Necessary training shall be provided for understanding and working on UAE corporate tax.

Key Responsibilities:

UAE Corporate Tax :

Review financial statements and compute taxable income as per UAE CT regulations.

Prepare and file UAE Corporate Tax Returns.

Handle registrations, deregistrations, amendments and clarification submissions.

Handle FTA portal workflow, documentation and correspondence.

Maintain tax working papers, schedules and client-specific tax files.

Financial Audit Support:

Prepare financial statement preparation as per IFRS.

Perform audit testing, sampling, walkthroughs, and control documentation.

Prepare lead schedules, reconciliation statements, and analytical procedures.

Support year-end closing activities and coordinate with client finance teams.

Draft notes to accounts and ensure IFRS-compliant disclosures.

Qualifications & Requisites :

CA Inter / M.com / B.com with strong analytical skills.

2-4 years of accounting, tax and financial reporting experience.

Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and financial reporting.

Familiarity with cloud accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho etc. and working experience with Tally / other ERP's.

Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Strong communication and professionalism.

Ability to work independently with international clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment and Willingness to learn and grow.
