(Job- 1) Job Tital: Account Executive for Invoice Process

• Issue Sale-Purchase invoices
• E way bills
• Petty Cash Expense Check and Process
• Bank Reconciliation & Cheque Preparing
• Thorough knowledge of GST and Income Tax
• Vendor Payments
• Sale-Purchase Entries

(Job- 2) Job Tital: Account Executive: Internal/ Stock Audit

- Perform physical counts of IT hardware, networking devices, and spare parts.
- Verify sales and purchase invoices against physical inward and outward stock entries.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with records inside Tally.
- Track individual serial numbers and MAC addresses for components.
- Investigate and report on stock shortages, damages, or transactional mismatches.
- Generate monthly inventory aging and discrepancy reports for management.
- Should be involve in internal Audit.

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Experience with hands-on Tally ERP 9

Working Experience on MS Office Excel
