Associate Consultant - Debt • Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios • Advanced knowledge of debt and equity markets related to financial modelling and debt covenants • Strong business writing skills • Good understanding of capital markets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) • Command in using research databases such as Moody’s, Loan Connector, Debtwire, Eikon, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters among others • Prepare debt maturity profiles and briefing notes • Prepare debt and equity markets newsletters • Identify potential debt clients for business development purpose • Structure and prepare pitch books • Structure and prepare sections of lenders presentation • Assist on sell-side lenders education process • Prepare financial models from fund-raising or debt covenants perspective Do shadow credit ratings analysis CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management) Experience Level Mid Level
