We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Accounts

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts to join the Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing accounting with hands-on knowledge of statutory compliance, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

• Handle Purchase, Sales, and General Ledger accounting.

• Perform Ledger and Personal Ledger Reconciliation.

• Prepare MIS reports for management.

• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP and ERP software.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax regulations.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing activities.

• Maintain statutory accounting records and documentation.

• Analyze financial data using Advanced Excel.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or CA Inter.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry or a CA Firm handling manufacturing clients.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Tally ERP

  • ERP Software

  • Purchase & Sales Accounting

  • MIS Reporting

  • Advanced Excel

  • Ledger Reconciliation

  • GST, TDS, TCS & Income Tax Compliance

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in a Manufacturing Company.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
