Assistant Manager - Financial Accounting and Advisory

Assistant Manager-KDNI • Proposed designation Assistant Manager • Role type Individual contributor • Reporting to Associate director • Geo to be supported Rest of the World ( Netherlands) • Summarizing and Analyzing financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows) • Drafting financial statements as per IFRS/ US GAAP/Ind-AS/Local GAAP • Provide technical and transaction-based accounting advisory support and research to international KPMG teams and clients, including implementation assistance with new accounting standards • Assist with regulatory filings or spin-offs, carveouts, initial public offerings (IPO), debt offerings, and other acquisition filings for both domestic and cross-border transactions. • Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, complex capital raising and financing structures, complex financial instruments, revenue recognition and leases. • Provide GAAP conversion services • To provide support/assistance for proposals/business development • Lead a team of consultants and associate consultants for executing projects on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients ( ‘ onshore teams’) • To undertake smaller and medium sized assignments independently or assist in larger assignments reporting to a Manager/ Senior Manager or Director.
