About Us:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain books of accounts in Tally / accounting software

Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

Preparation of financial statements

2. GST Compliance

Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return)

Reconciliation with GSTR-2B

Handling GST notices and queries

3. Income Tax

Preparation & filing of Income Tax Returns (Individuals, Firms, Companies)

TDS return filing and compliance

Assistance in tax audits

4. MCA & Company Law Compliance

Filing of ROC forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)

Company incorporation & LLP registration

Maintenance of statutory registers and records

5. Audit Support

Assistance in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit

Preparation of audit schedules and working papers

6. Client Coordination

Regular follow-ups for documents

Handling client queries professionally

Ensuring timely compliance for all clients

Skills Required:

Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic compliance software

Understanding of GST, Income Tax, and ROC filings

Good communication and drafting skills

Attention to detail and time management

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CS Executive / CS Professional

Articleship experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

0–3 years (Freshers can apply)

Location:

Pune (Work from Office)

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience)
