Job Description Accounts Payable Executive (2-3 Years Experience) Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and execute vendor payments through manual, ACH, and ERP-based payment runs. • Create, validate, and upload payment batches in bank portals while ensuring compliance with approval controls. • Process and post transactions accurately in ERP systems. • Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to address payment queries and ensure timely settlements. • Maintain payment documentation, support audits, and adhere to company policies and internal controls. Skills Required: • B. Com or equivalent degree in accounting profession. • Hands-on experience in AP processing, ERP systems, and banking portals. • Good understanding of payment methods, vendor reconciliations, and accounting principles. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder communication skills. • Immediate Joiners Preferred Qualifications • B.
