Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of accounting principles. This role will support daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day financial records and ensure accuracy of data entry.
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Generate reports and summaries using Excel (including use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
Support internal audits and respond to financial inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience Required: 6months–1 year (Freshers with strong Excel skills and accounting knowledge are welcome to apply)
