📌 Job Details

Designation: Senior Associate (Responsibilities equivalent to Team Lead level)

Domain: Finance – Accounts Payable (AP)

Experience: 5+ Years

Vacancies: 10

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Hiring Locations: Pan India

Preferred Locations: Mumbai, Gurugram & Bengaluru

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed

Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Only

🎯 Required Skill Set

- End-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) / P2P cycle

- End-to-end invoice processing and exception handling

- Vendor management and query resolution

- Vendor creation and vendor setup

- Vendor master data management

- Mailbox handling

- End-to-end payment processing and payment handling

- Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills

- US client stakeholder management and escalation handling

- SLA, TAT and quality compliance

🎓 Eligible Qualifications

Commerce / Finance Graduates Only:

- B.Com / M.Com

- BBA / MBA (Finance)

- CA Inter

- CMA Inter

✅ Mandatory Criteria

1. 5+ years of dedicated Core AP experience.

2. Experience working with US clients is mandatory.

3. No mixed AR + AP or R2R + AP profiles.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication.

5. Immediate joiners preferred; notice period up to 30 days.

Need only relevant Core AP profiles. Profiles with mixed AR/R2R experience will not be considered.
