Job Description To adhere the quality & quantity targets set for the team. Receive and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness. Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts. Enter invoice details into the accounting system. Route invoices for approval based on company policy. Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams. Monitor invoice aging and ensure timely processing. Maintain organized records of processed invoices.
